Data You Provide
A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party service that provides its result. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search entries. A message sent to us contains the information included in that message and is used to respond.
Automatic Information
Like most hosted services, the host may record routine server-log details, such as an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time of access. We use aggregate information for security, maintenance, and traffic measurement. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Limited data is used to run, maintain, measure, and improve the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles from site use.
External Services
Links lead to Bernalillo County, City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, library, archive, and third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply to information submitted to them. Sponsored search results are also furnished by an outside provider.
Service Providers
Hosting and support providers may process the routine information described above for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive automatic data within their own policies. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the period needed for the purposes stated here. There are no visitor accounts, passwords, or site profiles for Albuquerque Residents Directory to store.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has supplied information, and we will review and remove it where applicable.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on location, a visitor may have rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by a service. New Mexico research did not identify an enacted broad data-broker deletion statute; the 2026 Senate Bill 192 proposal died and is not described here as law. Because this reference keeps little information, requests generally concern a contact message or applicable logs. Use the Contact page. A removal or correction request for a City, County, court, or state public record must be sent to that record's custodian.
Policy Changes
Updates will appear on this policy. Continued use after a posted change signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
